Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom / Australia / Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at chad.wimsett@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
